The conductive ink JRPanel uses is the ink with the lowest resistance in the electro-ink series, with a resistance value of 0.01 ohms/□.mil, having excellent conductivity. It is mainly suitable for membrane switches, RFID antennas and printed conductors. The printed thickness is thinner than general conductive ink, which can save printing ink consumption. With characteristics of good flexibility and fast curing, it has strong adhesion to various substrates such as polyester fibers, paper fabrics, and plastic films. There is no need to add thinner and it can be used directly. Under strict conditions of use, the solvent used can obtain a longer storage time.

Application note

:

· The wet film thickness during screen printing can be set to 0.4-0.8 mils, and the cured film thickness is 0.2-0.4 mils.

· Normal screen printing equipment usually uses 200-300 mesh polyester filament, and the emulsion thickness is 1.0 mil.

· For thicker films, steel stamps can be used.

· Curing twice, you can get a good curing effect. The electrical properties will not decrease by more than 3%.

· Generally, the silk-screened silver oil should not be cured too much, and additional curing can improve its flexibility and conductivity.

· It can be cured by infrared rays, which can achieve better curing effects than traditional heating curing.
