IV. APPLICATION AND CHARACTERISTICS

“PROSTAT” can be used in an almost unlimited range of applications. It's particularly used for breaking, cutting or demolishing stones, concrete and reinforced concrete and the yield has been increased by 2-3 times . It is ideal for use in situations where surrounding buildings or other structures would be damaged by flying debris or vibration. It maximizes production time, product output and therefore profits, in quarrying and mining as it avoids waste of valuable stone.

V. USAGE METHOD

  (1) Preparation: first of all, the Hole Diameter, the hole distance and the hole depth should be designed on the basis of material, composition, shape and requirement of the objects expecting to be cracked. the following is the conventional cracking design parameter.

      PS:H-heights

(2) Allowable range of hole diameter, allowable temperature range of rock or concrete, thetemperature of water to be used and temperature of HSCA. Outside concrete iron must be cutted before use HSCA

(3) Mixing:According to the propotion of HSCA, put approximately 28-35%water into container beforehand, and add HSCA. Wear RUBBER GLOVES while stirring, or use machine to stir. If the temperature is below5℃, 40℃  water is suitable.

(4) Filling:Clean the hole forehead, neither water nor materials are allowed. HSCA  can be poured dirctly intothe hole, or use the coking gun or groutingpump. Enough quantities for each hole, but do not need to jam the hole. For a horizontal hole, the hole can be easily plugged with HSCA as it reaches a clay like consistancy as it starts setting up. A slight slope makes their use much easier.

(5) Protection: Spring, Summer, Autumn do not needed. In the winder it should be covered by mat.

VI.Cautions

(1)   The main component of HSCA is CALCIUM HYDROXIDE(PH≥14). Wear rubber gloves while work with it. Rinse with water, when any portion of the skin comes in contact with HSCA.

(2)    Pour the mixture of HSCA into the holes within 10 minutes, otherwise fluidity and fragmentation will be reduced, and it may be blow out of the hole due to the high temperature.

(3)    DO NOT look directly into any holes while filling them. Wear PROTECTIVE GLASSES while working with it in case the materail blows out of the hole and hurts workers’ eyes. Rinse with water when eyes come in contact with HSCA, or go to hospital nearby.

(4)    Read INSTRUCTION carefully before use our products, and take protective measur as much as possible, in case anyone gets hurt. Connect us when anything is not clear.

Safe and Efficient Solutions with hsca(high range soundless ...

hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 have revolutionized the construction and demolition industries by offering a safer and environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional explosives. These chemical agents are used to break down structures without the hazardous risks associated with conventional demolition methods. The unique composition of hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 allows them to expand and exert pressure on materials such as concrete and rock, facilitating their controlled fracture. This innovative approach is particularly beneficial in urban areas where minimizing noise and vibrations is crucial. As the demand for sustainable construction practices increases, hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 have become an indispensable tool for engineers and contractors seeking efficient and responsible solutions.

Types of Non-Explosive Demolition Agents

The market offers various types of hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 tailored to specific demolition needs. Common classifications include expansive grout, soundless cracking agent, and hydraulic demolition powder. Expansive grout is widely used for breaking concrete and reinforced structures, taking advantage of its ability to expand upon mixing with water. Soundless cracking agents are ideal for sensitive environments where noise reduction is paramount, as they cause minimal disturbance during operation. Hydraulic demolition powder, on the other hand, is known for its rapid expansion and effectiveness in breaking hard rock formations. Each type of hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 is engineered to cater to different material compositions and project requirements, ensuring optimal results.

Functions and Features of Non-Explosive Demolition Agents

hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 offer a range of functionalities that make them essential in modern demolition processes. Their primary function is to exert expansive pressure, causing materials to fracture without the use of explosives. This feature not only enhances safety by eliminating the risk of flying debris but also reduces environmental impact by minimizing noise and vibration. Additionally, hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 are designed to work effectively in varying temperatures and humidity levels, ensuring consistent performance across different climates. The ability to control the timing and direction of fractures is a significant advantage, allowing for precision in demolition projects. Innovations in hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 formulations have led to increased efficiency and expanded applications in the construction sector.

Ingredients Used in Non-Explosive Demolition Agents

The composition of hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 is carefully crafted to achieve the desired expansive effect. Key ingredients typically include a blend of calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, and other proprietary compounds. Calcium oxide, often referred to as quicklime, is integral to the expansion process, reacting with water to generate heat and pressure. Magnesium oxide enhances the stability and reliability of the reaction, ensuring uniform expansion across the material. Additional compounds may be included to optimize the agent's performance under specific conditions, such as cold weather or high humidity. The choice of ingredients impacts the efficacy and safety of hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2, making it crucial for manufacturers to adhere to stringent quality standards.

How to Use Non-Explosive Demolition Agents Effectively

Using hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 effectively requires understanding the material and project requirements. To begin, drill holes into the structure according to the specified pattern and depth, ensuring optimal placement for controlled fracture. Mix the agent with water as per the manufacturer's instructions, taking care to achieve the correct consistency. Pour the mixture into the drilled holes and allow time for the expansion to occur. Monitoring the process is essential, as it allows for adjustments to be made if necessary. Proper handling and application of hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 not only ensure safety but also maximize the efficiency of the demolition operation. Training personnel in the correct usage of these agents is vital to achieving successful outcomes while adhering to environmental and safety regulations.

Choosing the Right Non-Explosive Demolition Agents

When selecting hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 for your demolition projects, several factors should be considered to ensure optimal results. Firstly, assess the material that needs to be broken down, as different agents are designed to work with specific materials such as concrete, rock, or reinforced structures. The compatibility of the hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 with the material will dictate its effectiveness. Additionally, consider the environmental conditions where the demolition will take place. Some agents perform better in colder climates, while others are suited for humid environments. Understanding these aspects will guide you in choosing the most appropriate hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2 for your needs.

Another crucial aspect is the expansion rate and pressure exerted by the hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2. Different projects require varying levels of expansive force, depending on the size and complexity of the structure. It is important to match the agent's expansion properties with the project's requirements to achieve controlled and efficient demolition. Additionally, consider the safety features of the hsca(high range soundless cracking agent)ca(oh)2, as some formulations offer enhanced safety measures to minimize risks during application. Evaluating these factors will help ensure that the chosen agent meets the specific demands of the demolition task.
